For guaranteed late check-out after 12:00 additional payment is done as follows:
- for check-out till 19:00 50% of the daily room rate is charged additionally;
- for check-out after 19:00 total one daily rate is charged additionally.

Accommodation terms for adults and children:

• Additional room charge for the 2^nd person in the douvle or twin room – 1760 roubles, incl. Breakfast and VAT;
• Accommodation of 1 person in a twin room is possible at the standard room rate for single use;
• Additional charge for accommodation of children:
  - for a child 0-6 years: free of charge on folding-beds or cribs. Breakfast is to be paid additionally (350 roubles).
  - for a child 6-12 years: 960 roubles (incl. breakfast and VAT).
  - for a child over 12 years: 1760 roubles (including breakfast, fitness centre and VAT)
